Joseph M. Herman
Joseph M. Herman, Managing Principal of Park Hill Group, is a member of Park Hill's private equity and hedge fund distribution team. Prior to joining Park Hill, Mr. Herman was President of Atlantic-Pacific Capital. Previously, Mr. Herman was with Klitzberg Associates, Inc. where he raised institutional assets for alternative investment managers. Prior to joining Klitzberg Associates, Mr. Herman was a consultant with SEI, Inc. where he was responsible for the selection of institutional money managers for large corporate and public pension funds. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University, attended the London School of Economics, and received an MBA in Finance from Pace University.

Alan Cole is the Founder and Managing Director of Sterling Group, a provider of financial services, including company formation, mutual fund administration and accounting/auditing in Nassau, Bahamas. Sterling (Bahamas) Limited, a member of the Sterling Group of companies, is the Administrator of the Fund. Mr. Cole was formerly Executive Director of Ansbacher (Bahamas) Ltd, a bank and trust company in Nassau, Bahamas. He currently holds a number of bank directorships, including BAC (Bahamas) Ltd.,and is a director of Sovereign (Bahamas) Limited, a member of the Sovereign group of companies. Mr. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sheffield and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
